How to Use
- Remove the bottle from the plush belt cover if needed and inspect the bottle, stopper and seams before use.
- Hold the bottle upright and fill slowly with hot water only, ideally around two-thirds full. Do not use boiling water.
- Carefully expel excess air, then screw the stopper on tightly until secure.
- Check for leaks by turning the bottle upside down over a sink.
- Place the bottle back into the plush cover and fasten the belt comfortably around your tummy or lower back.
- Wear over light clothing or ensure the cover fully protects skin. Empty after use and allow to dry naturally.
